White House says more than 100 empty oil tankers are on their way to U.S. ports to load American crude, CBS reports

Of the 103 empty vessels, 54 are Very Large Crude Carriers capable of transporting approximately two million barrels. Among them were "20 empty tankers under European flags and 20 under Asian flags" that had "recently unloaded elsewhere".
