If the ideas and proposals being put forward reach a positive conclusion, a joint Lebanese-Israeli statement may be issued regarding the fourth round of talks held in Washington. Lebanese delegation insisted during the talks on starting with the ceasefire item as a prelude to discussing other points. No set date for a new meeting to discuss Lebanon-Israel security track at the Pentagon.
