US Secretary of State Rubio says we are waiting for further clarification on who they will be talking to on Iran negotiations

Had an exchange of messages and indications from Iranian system about a willingness to talk about certain things. Cuba Spoke about Cuba at G7 meeting. Cuba economy needs to change, it can't change unless system of government changes.  There isn't a naval blockade surrounding Cuba; reason for blackouts is old equipment that has not been maintained.
