Apple (AAPL) Software Chief says it does not use Google Search (GOOGL) as the basis of its system

Many Apple Intelligence requests are processed on device, more complex requests sent to Apple's own private Cloud compute. Apple's private cloud will use three Apple owned AI models made through its work with Google. Apple has built its own world knowledge service that runs in its private cloud compute platform. Apple worked with Google and Nvidia (NVDA) to bring its private Cloud compute approach to Google infrastructure in Google Cloud. Apple's largest model, called afm Cloud pro, will run on Google Cloud infrastructure. Apple's four other models, aside from AFM Cloud Pro, will continue to run on Apple Silicon.
