Emphasizing that the GCC states have the right to defend themselves individually and collectively if they are subjected to aggression. We reject any unilateral mechanisms or arrangements regarding the Strait of Hormuz. The international community must guarantee freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz without transit fees or service charges.
