FHFA Director Pulte said the agency will unveil a proposal within one to two weeks to further cut home-buying costs, after easing homeowners insurance requirements that he said could save USD 30-50 a month.  He also flagged more mortgage fraud referrals, said all options remain open on buying mortgage bonds, and said Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have not fully executed their USD 200bln purchase.
