ASML (ASML NA) - ASML announces a collaborative initiative with TSMC (2330 TT) to lead the transition to a larger-format EUV lithography photomask. There is to be a transition to larger 12-inch masks that is expected to further increase fab productivity. It will also lower chipmaking costs and remove stitching constraints. In other announcements, ASML says they have extended their Samsung Electronics (005930 KS) partnership, in which Samsung will join the industry initiative to advance next-generation 12-inch photomask technology for future manufacturing announcements, while with Intel (INTC), the Cos will help establish the industry's path to larger-format masks. (ASML) Computacenter (CCC LN) - H1 2026 (GBP): Revenue 6.85bln (prev. 3.99bln Y/Y), Adj. Operating Profit 153.1mln (prev. 82.1mln Y/Y). Raises its FY26 guidance, now sees adj. PBT to be significantly ahead of market expectations (GBP 340.9mln) and no less than GBP 380mln. CEO: "North America was again the standout performer, with operating profit more than doubling and the region now representing over 60% of Group adjusted operating profit, driven by our growth with hyperscale, neocloud and enterprise customers." (Computacenter) Ferrexpo (FXPO LN) - Co. announces that it has entered into a loan agreement with Fevamotinico, agreeing to a USD 15mln loan. (Ferrexpo) Finnair (FIA1S FH) - Reports August traffic +2.3% Y/Y. (Finnair) UniCredit (UCG IM) - Co. says the ECB has approved the application of the Danish Compromise methodology in the calculation of the Group's consolidated capital ratios, which will be implemented in Q3'26. This will strengthen the Co's capital position by c. 52bps to the CET1 ratio. (UniCredit) Volkswagen (VOW3 GY) - Audi CEO says Volkswagen is considering selling its Ducati motorcycle unit in a broad review.
