Decisions regarding the management of the Strait of Hormuz are within the jurisdiction of the two friendly, neighboring and brotherly countries of Iran and Oman, and how to exercise sovereignty in regulating transit arrangements is the responsibility of these two coastal countries of the Strait of Hormuz.
