"Today, the European Commission decided to open infringement procedures by sending letters of formal notice to 20 Member States - Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Finland and Sweden".
