The outlet, citing an Arab official and another source familiar with the discussions, reported that negotiators from Pakistan, Egypt and Qatar have been working on clarifying how the Strait of Hormuz will operate. The two sources said the White House was waiting to make a decision until after President Donald Trump meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday.
