US VP Vance on Iran says 12.5mln bbls of oil moved overnight; Iran did not shoot any ships overnight

60-day timeframe starts today (June 18th, 2026) Expects, as part of the deal, Iran will not have misssiles that threaten the entire world; would have to get a lot of money to rebuild the programme. VP Vance on Lebanon component of Iran deal, says he expects both sides to honour the deal. Will have to manage flare ups through diplomacy. Eventually want to see Lebanese government policy southern Lebanon. Final negotiations will set terms for after 60 days. Do not see lifting sanctions as a major concession in the deal. Will be able to see how Iran sends and receives money. Plans to brief congress very soon. Confident can temporary lift sanctions without congress. Israelis have to respect this peace process, Israel has right to defend itself. Attacks on civillians in Beirut is not acceptable. Sanctions are still on, except for oil sanctions. Does plan to go to Switzerland, but does not know exactly when. Will remove troops to preconflict level.
