For us, the main option is the people, presence and fighters, and therefore we do not worry about whether the negotiation will work or not. Negotiators, negotiate calmly and confidently and with a sense of power, but do not worry about whether they will surrender in the negotiation or not. If they do not surrender, we will surrender them in the field.
