Fed's Schmid (2028 Voter) says inflation is proving persistent across a broad selection of goods and services, remains concerning

Accountability requires the Fed to talk abuot how it makes decisions, provides transparency and allows for open criticism.  Focused on inflation in setting monetary policy.  Inflation shocks are not intrinsically transitory, disagrees the Fed should look thruogh certain types of increases.
