Canada reportedly aiming to co-announce creation of a global defence bank at the NATO sumit next week, according to Canada's lead negotiator

Ottawa expects around 10 founding members, with several European countries close to joining.  South Korea is also participating in talks, though membership remains uncertain.  Canada said securing sufficient capital remains the biggest hurdle.
