Nina Warken is expected to become head of the Federal Chancellery, while Carsten Linnemann is set to become Health Minister. Philipp Amthor is expected to move to the Chancellery to coordinate federal-state relations. Franziska Hoppermann appears to be the leading candidate to be the new secretary-general. Steffen Bilger is being discussed as his replacement as State Secretary in the Digital Ministry.
