TrendForce says DDR5 spot demand is strong, while tight DDR4 supply and high prices are pushing some buyers to DDR3, lifting DDR3 prices DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s rose 2.22% to USD 35.90 (from USD 35.12 between 3-9th June) NAND prices have stabilised, but 512Gb TLC wafers fell 0.22% to USD 20.638.
