Airbus (AIR FP), Boeing (BA) - Saudia Group is preparing a substantial aircraft order for national carrier Saudia and Flyadeal, with deliveries targeted for 2031-2040, Bloomberg reports. The purchase requires board approval, with aircraft intended for fleet expansion and replacement. It has been previously reported that Saudi was in early talks with Boeing and Airbus for at least 150 jets. (Metlen Energy & Metals) Pennon (PNN LN) - Co. announces a capital raise of GBP 550mln via fully underwritten rights issue. (Pennon) Porsche (P911 GY) - Co. confirms its ambition of group operating return on sales of 10-15%. Targets medium-term Automotive net cash flow margin of 9-12% and Group sales of EUR 41-45bln. As a long-term strategic target, aims for a Group operating return on sales of 15% and an Automotive net cash flow margin of 12%. Wants to increase the average selling price of top-end models by around 20% in the medium term. Announces job cuts of 9k jobs. CEO: “Our strategy will lay the groundwork to make Porsche significantly more efficient, productive and profitable in three phases. At the moment, the main focus is on reducing costs and making the company more financially robust.
