Hello, everyone. I'd like to welcome on the stage Linda Montgomery from ZenaTech.
Hello. Hi, everyone. Thank you very much for taking the time to hear about our company. I'm going to take you through who we are and what we do. First and foremost, we're a drone company. We design and manufacture drones, and we have a pretty unique business model that differentiates us. We do Drone as a Service, and I'll tell you more about that. It's very much the revenue-generating area of our company just at the moment. We also do enterprise SaaS solutions. In fact, we started in that area, and all of our revenue back in 2024 was from enterprise SaaS software. In that period of time until now, we've transformed our company to building AI autonomous drone platforms and also the services that run on them.
We're very focused on commercial markets, on government markets, and also defense. Just a little bit about us. We're global. We started back in 2017. We went public in October of 2024 through a direct listing. We manufacture in three places in the world. We have about 40 locations now for our Drone as a Service business. Our performance is certainly improving. Most recently, Q2, our revenue was CAD 6.6 million, and we're CAD 12.5 million for the first half of this year. I guess these represent over 300% and 400% revenue increases. We've had seven quarters now of consecutive revenue growth. Basically, would like to just summarize our investment highlights. We're strategically positioned to build a scaled commercial drone operating platform, and focused on growth markets reinforced by accelerating enterprise demand and predictable and subscription-based on multi-year recurring revenue contracts is our goal.
Drone as a Service provides a turnkey solution. We go to the customer, and we provide the drone-based services for land surveys, for inspections of solar infrastructure or power line inspection or oil and gas for regulatory and environmental inspections. Basically, the customer doesn't need to invest in the technology, worry about regulation, drone pilots, any of that. We take care of all of that. We are moving to, well, usage-based and moving more and more to subscription-based because we want that predictable revenue. We are integrating our drones and very focused on margins and building leverage because the drones certainly make those inspection and land survey services faster and safer and just far more efficient. We're vertically integrated, so obviously we design and manufacture our own drones that we use internally for our Drone as a Service business.
That gives us control of our supply chain, and the drones we use for our business. We're really focused on those high-growth, underserviced markets where there's really great opportunity for where drones can considerably innovate and improve and provide automation to some of these traditionally manual and high degree of labor-based services. We're focused on organic revenue growth. The way we're executing this is through acquisition. We've done 29 acquisitions of land survey engineering companies. Legacy under-digitized industries and companies is our objective. What we're doing is we have 40 locations now around the world through those 29 acquisitions that we've done since we started this at the beginning of last year, and we're really building this AI autonomy global platform. A little bit about who leads our company. Our founder and CEO is Dr. Shaun Passley.
He has been an entrepreneur since university and has a PhD, of course, four advanced degrees. He is very much our visionary that is the driving force behind our company, and he really has clarity of vision in terms of what direction we are going in and making sure that we have a great team of people that are all pulling together to get us to those goals. James Sherman unfortunately was not able to be here today. He is our CFO, very experienced public company CFO. Sajjad is our CTO, Sajjad Asif, and he is largely responsible for manufacturing and also our product development, and he spends a lot of time at probably our largest manufacturing facility right now, which is near Dubai. Get my Right. The market opportunity for drones, it is no surprise, it is very large.
It is growing at over 25% per year according to many market analysts. In terms of the overall Drone as a Service, which is I think the way they do it here is it is a pretty wide category of services. But, it is going to be, according to this market analyst, a $261 billion marketplace by 2034. Our growth strategy is to have a unique market position in bringing our Drone as a Service, and then followed by some of our unique drones we have and the business and the government side, and defense side we will be doing also to market. Having this AI technology platform, and then also providing operational modernization along with the growth of this industry. If you look at our near-term revenue opportunity, the sum, that is about a 55 We calculate that to be about a CAD 55 million opportunity.
It takes our Q2 2026 revenue annualized, and then our expected revenue from our signing the acquisitions, the LOIs that we currently have. If closed, it includes that revenue as well. What we are doing is creating this flywheel of value in Drone as a Service, where we are acquiring these low-tech, under-digitized companies, and we are deploying our drones into the workflows, providing automation there. Basically, we want to lower the cost per job, increase the capacity, provide centralized services such as data analytics. So that we can get those land surveys, for instance, to a builder or construction company within one or two days, and not a week or two weeks, which historically happens because there is a lot involved in taking the drone data, structuring the drone data, putting it into the CAD software, and delivering a land survey, or delivering the inspection data to a customer.
What we want to do is make this a recurring revenue model and really focus on improving those margins, training our land survey and our other technicians to be drone pilots. So you do not need two people to go to a job. You need one, and instead of taking two days, it takes half a day. That is the kind of thing we are looking at. We want to expand the portfolio of services. So Drone as a Service is a brand, and then we are doing these acquisitions and branding these locations to Drone as a Service, and the idea is this is your local drone company within your neighborhood, within your community for a whole host of services. We also do precision agriculture solutions. We have drones that do that. We do What else? Indoor.
We have an indoor drone that reads the barcodes and takes inventory. Those kind of services. We want to expand the number of services we have. Of course, using AI in the workflows and to increasingly improve those margins and improve that efficiency. Just in summary, in terms of how do we do this? First of all, we get the contract, and we do a lot of per-use work, but we are trying to convert a lot of that into more recurring revenue and provide those specialized services, like we have specialized services right now for AI data center construction, for visually monitoring a construction site over time. What we want to do is be the provider to that construction company or builder over the two-year, three-year life of that construction project.
Then we execute and then deliver analytics and the final survey files that get handed to our customer and into their workflow. Basically we are creating this, as I said, AI autonomy platform and this monetization model. A lot of what we do right now are land surveys just because most of our locations are focused on land surveys, but also infrastructure inspection like cell phone towers, maintenance and design of cell phone towers. That is a really great business. We have an acquisition in the U.K. that is doing some great work in that area. Power washing, one of our drones does this, and we attach a tethered water supply and power supply to the drone. It is a much faster and safer way to clean buildings, and also we are working on applications for larger, taller buildings. Then, as I mentioned before, precision agriculture.
Those are sort of the key ones that we are focused on at the moment, and that will continue to evolve. Our drones. I will start with the smallest one, which is the one in the middle. The yellow one is the IQ Nano, and that is our indoor inventory management drone, and that is at the customer pilot stage right now, where we are doing inventory management for warehouse and logistics for companies that have large operations and warehouses and logistics operations that see value in that. So that is at the trial stage. The IQ Quad, the red drone you see, that is our specialized land survey drone. So it is made so that it can handle the lidar and other sensors that we use in land surveys. We are testing that internally.
The IQ Square, that is for outdoor inspections and also that is our power washing drone, again at the testing stage internally. The IQ Aqua, that is an underwater drone for both commercial and defense applications, and at the testing stage right now. Then the ZenaDrone 1000, that is our flagship drone. It is our largest drone. It is 7 by 12 feet, and that drone is used for ISR applications in defense. It carries up to 40 kilos, so we see opportunities to use it instead of helicopters for medical supplies and blood even. It has a payload inside that can be refrigerated. So moving those kinds of things in the field or from ship to ship, those kinds of applications. Then we also have a line of Interceptor drones, a counter-UAS, a group of products that are right now at the prototype stage.
We have a larger Interceptor drone. We have the IQ Glider, which is going to be our refueling and landing and take-off station for our Interceptor solutions. The Interceptor P-1 is our one-way expendable Interceptor drone, and that particular one is now at the testing stage. Government and defense, I will talk a bit about that. We are very focused on getting Blue UAS certification that we need to get on the procurement list. We have four drones in that, and they are in that process right now. That takes a number of months to get that, and we are very focused on getting to the end of that. But at the same time, we have been working with program managers in defense organizations and with the U.S. government for a year and a half or more.
We have our first demo that we announced that we are doing for a defense agency, so we are hoping to next do more demos and do more pilots leading to these contracts, and of course, concurrently also getting that, and importantly, getting that Blue UAS certification. We have a Washington office now, and we have got about three people there and adding to that office, and that is all going to help us with our defense business. Just a bit about manufacturing. I mentioned we manufacture all over the world. Our largest one is in Dubai, 22,000 sq ft, and we have had that since 2022. We are doing a lot of our development and manufacturing there, our testing there. We do have an office and a facility in Mesa, Arizona. We are currently moving to a larger facility there, commissioning a larger facility for production.
