It's a pleasure to welcome our stockholders to this annual meeting of Senti Biosciences Holdings, Incorporated. This meeting is being held in accordance with our bylaws and Delaware law. In our meeting today, we'll cover the six proposals described in our notice and proxy statement, a copy of which was mailed on or about September 24th, 2026, to all of our stockholders of record at the close of business on September 23rd, 2026. This is a continuation of the meeting that was properly adjourned on October 8th, 2026. All discussions will be limited to the official business at hand.
